Biceps Straight Bar Curls Workout Tracker

Our workout tracker app allows you to record your bicep straight bar curl sets.

By storing them in our app you can look back at your progress and see how much strength you have gained.

Working the biceps must always been done using strict form with no swinging or back movement.

Using strict form also stops the shoulders coming in to the exercise.

Straight bar bicep curls are an isolation exercise ideally targeting the biceps long head and short head all though some forearm muscles will be used.
