Our weight training app is designed mainly for strength training but it can be used for any kind of gym exercise.
we do have a limit on max reps and it is capped at 30.
Why this cap? To build muscle we advise its best to stick to the 6-8 reps range as it is heavy enough to make the workouts hard.
Our app will automatically suggest the next sets you should perform for any exercise.
what you will find is that the increases are slow and steady to avoid injury.
We always suggest your final set be perfomed to failure as this is the set that will cause the muscle damage to stimulate growth.
In the app you can adjust the sets between 1 and 4 on any exercise you create.
You can also adjust the start rep and end rep on any exercise.
Example 6 - 12 reps. We suggest heavier weight only when you get 12 reps on any set.
Building muscle is not a complicated process. Using progressive overload and being consistent is the key.
